• Formulate supplier strategies and develop new suppliers in line with the company’s development direction, including supplier evaluation and audits

• Negotiate and sign supplier-related contracts

• Establish new suppliers (including elimination, streamlining, freezing, and reactivation of suppliers)

• Conduct quarterly cost reduction negotiations (including price bargaining, cost approval, and allocation) and optimize transaction terms

• Manage and maintain supplier relationships

• Handle obsolete materials, defective products, scrap, consumables, and equipment

• Create, track, expedite, reconcile, and settle purchase orders

• Maintain pricing, initiate approvals, and collect and update related pricing data

• Optimize costs (including second source introduction)

1. Strategic M&A and Investment Support

• Support corporate strategic mergers, acquisitions, and investment projects through industry and market analysis

2. Target Identification and Deal Execution

• Collaborate with internal business units to identify potential M&A or investment targets

• Participate in the development and execution of domestic and international investment and acquisition projects

3. Deal Structuring and Planning

• Assist in the planning and structuring of M&A transactions, including deal structures and financing arrangements

4. Financial Modeling and Evaluation

• Build financial models and conduct pre-investment analysis for both strategic and financial investments

• Provide evaluation reports and investment recommendations to management

5. Post-Investment Management

• Monitor post-investment performance and operational status, and prepare regular reports to management

6. Business Travel

• Occasional business trips may be required

• Perform internal audits across the company’s business activities to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, company policies, and industry standards

• Prepare audit reports that clearly explain and analyze issues and risks identified during audits; provide recommendations and corrective measures, and track remediation progress through to full closure

• Partner with management to ensure awareness of issues raised in audit reports and drive necessary actions; also organize internal control training to enhance employees’ awareness and execution capability

1. Training Committee Planning and Implementation

• Plan and execute the operations of the corporate training committee to align with organizational learning strategies

2. Leadership Development Blueprint and Global Rollout

• Design and implement leadership development programs, including course planning, execution, and development

• Promote and expand training frameworks to leadership levels across global branches

3. Succession Planning and Talent Pipeline Development

• Develop and implement diverse talent cultivation programs to support succession planning initiatives

4. Training Evaluation System

• Design and execute training evaluation systems to assess learning effectiveness and program impact

5. Integration of Learning Resources and Digital Transformation

• Integrate internal and external learning resources and systems to promote a digital learning culture across the organization

1. Intellectual Property Management

• Responsible for the application, maintenance, and opposition processes of the company’s patents, trademarks, and copyrights

• Conduct prior art searches and assist in patent review meetings

• Establish and manage the company’s IP database to track application progress and rights status

2. IP Strategy and Protection

• Assist in formulating IP portfolio and protection strategies to support product development and market expansion

• Conduct patentability searches, competitor analysis, and infringement risk assessments, and provide recommendations

• Support the handling of IP disputes and related legal matters

3. Internal Support and Education

• Plan and conduct IP awareness and training programs to enhance employees’ IP knowledge

• Manage departmental expenses and review the abandonment of outdated technologies and maintenance fees

4. Cross-Department and External Coordination

• Collaborate with R&D and business teams to identify and protect potential intellectual property assets at an early stage

• Coordinate with external patent agents, law firms, and authorities to ensure proper IP protection and compliance

• Plan and execute reliability verification for automotive camera modules

• Prepare test plans and test reports

• Identify and analyze product issues, and collaborate with relevant departments to resolve them

• Lead image quality analysis, identify root causes of issues, propose solutions, and deliver comprehensive technical reports

• Design and develop image verification test plans, and establish test standards and specifications across all stages of the product lifecycle

• Analyze production line image data, monitor image quality performance, and collaborate with manufacturing teams to resolve anomalies

• Build and maintain image testing environments, including the design and implementation of test charts, as well as evaluation and validation of related testing equipment
