"Polight" rebrand to be "Rayprus”

Dear customer/manufacturer/partner,

Our company persists in providing the wholehearted attitude of service, which effectively leads us to create the market position. The new brand image, "Rayprus" ['reɪˌprɑs], is to provide the professional technology and solution. While expanding business globally, we also focus on industry dynamics and creating a better future with customers.

We have changed our Group Company name from “Polight” to “Rayprus”, its subsidery includes Triple Win Technology(Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., Triple Win Technology (Jincheng)Co., Ltd, Rayprus Technologies Co.,Ltd, Best Ever Industries Limited Taiwan Branch, Cens Way Technologies Co., Ltd. Central Taiwan Science Park Branch.

All our business, transaction and operation will remain same while we are with new name.

The signed contracts, legal documents (in name of “Polight”) are all valid and be recognized by our Group Company.

Effective based on the date as follows, all our Group Company will officially use “Rayprus” in all our contracts, agreements, documents, materials, invoices, bank accounts and other correspondence. And from March 11, the contact email address suffix of our Group Company will change to @rayprustech.com.

In response to recent updates in Taiwan's Controlled Foreign Corporation (CFC) regulations, Best Ever Industries Ltd. and its Taiwan Branch are refining our operational structure to enhance efficiency and ensure full compliance. Effective March 1, 2026, Cens Way Technologies Co., Ltd. ("Cens Way"), our fully affiliated entity under the same ownership and management, will serve as the primary operating company for our ongoing business with you.
