Standard Camera Module (13MP)
The Standard Camera Module(13MP) Auto Focus RGB Camera Module has a low-profile lens with a 74.4 degree field of view and good low light sensitivity. It equips a 1/3.2-inch CMOS active-pixel digital image sensor with a pixel array of 4208H x 3120V (4224H x 3136V including border pixels). It incorporates sophisticated on-chip camera functions such as windowing, mirroring, column and row skip modes, and snapshot mode. It is programmable through a simple two-wire serial interface. -

The Standard Camera Module(1MP IAS) has a low profile lens with an 84.1 degree field of view and good low light sensitivity. It incorporates a new innovative global shutter pixel design optimized for accurate and fast capture of moving scenes. The module produces clear, low noise images in both low-light and bright scenes. It includes sophisticated camera functions such as auto exposure control, windowing, row skip, column skip, binning, and both video and single frame modes. It is programmable through a simple two-wire serial interface. The module produces extraordinarily clear, sharp digital pictures, and its ability to capture both continuous video and single frames makes it the perfect choice for a wide range of applications, including scanning and industrial inspection. Customer can work with Semiconductor Distribution partners for equivalent mass production versions of this module.
